"oz" alternate accent

Emerald is no longer hardcoded. It becomes the opt-in .oz class for CTAs that need to break out from the active accent. If the active base hue lands in the green band (~100-180°), .oz switches to ruby red.

Next steps

  1. Lock the neomorphic sand palette (use the Prism panel on any page to switch and eyeball).
  2. Curate this grid down with checkboxes + Remove marked.
  3. Confirm survivors so the locked starter set can be wired into the Prism panel.
  4. Decide on the scheduled-default config (Notion has the open questions).
  5. Back up Phase 1 as a template branch, then branch Phase 2.
